Closed winglets : The wing prioritizes stability and a smooth ride. Roll is reduced, responses are smoother, and overall handling is more composed. This configuration is ideal for building confidence and working on the fundamentals of flying.

Open winglets : The SCOUT becomes more dynamic, with more roll and a more agile and playful feel. This configuration allows the pilot to develop active flying skills and gradually tap into more of the wing’s potential.

Choosing the right size is essential to fully realize the SCOUT's potential. The takeoff weight chart helps you select the right size based on your total flight weight and intended use.

The wing's dynamic performance varies depending on the wing loading : the higher the wing loading, the more dynamic and demanding the SCOUT’s handling becomes.
