Description
Description
The ultralight SLEEVE harness was specially designed for trail runners, climbers, ski mountaineers, bike tourers, and all ambitious mountaineers who don’t want to compromise on the weight and size of their pack. This minimalist, ultralight harness weighs just 270 grams, fits easily into your jacket pocket, and is certified for a takeoff weight of up to 110 kilograms.
Why a one-size-fits-all design?
By deliberately avoiding additional stiffeners, the harness is “floating”—similar to the principle of a hammock—and thus adapts to the pilot’s body shape. This means that a wide range of pilot sizes can be accommodated with a single size.
How does the harness affect paraglider flight?
The SLEEVE is a classic buckle harness that features a high suspension point thanks to its design. This results in better roll stability and a smoother flight response in turbulence. This flight response is particularly pleasant, especially with very small paragliders.
Is the SLEEVE suitable for winching?
The SLEEVE is not recommended for winch starts.
Is the SLEEVE suitable for tandem flights?
The SLEEVE is suitable as a lightweight tandem passenger harness for Hike&Fly. However, the pilot in charge of the tandem flight must always take into account the increased risk of material wear and tear in the event of intensive use.
Comes with carabiners.
