Skywalk TAPA X-ALPS Ultra-Light Emergency Parachute

There’s no longer any excuse for flying without a reserve parachute! The ultralight TAPA X-ALPSreserve parachutewas developed specifically for Hike&Fly and X-Alps pilots, for whom every gram counts. The square reserve parachute weighs just 784 grams in its smallest size, making it the ideal companion for pilots looking to optimize their lightweight gear.

The symmetrical design of the TAPA X-ALPS minimizes lateral drift. This reduces the risk of unpredictable drift, and, combined with its large surface area, ensures a low rate of descent. Thanks to its design, the square reserve parachute has a very short deployment time and excellent pendulum stability—two factors that can be crucial when the situation becomes critical.

Reliability and durability are ensured by high-quality standards and precise, consistent monitoring of lightweight materials. With careful handling and regular folding intervals, you can count on the TAPA X-ALPS to last for many years.
