TECHNOLOGY

A brand new SharkNose developed specifically for the Ultralite is at the heart of the improvements made, enhancing inflation, performance, comfort, and ease of use. The Ultralite5 has the shortest takeoff sequence we have ever seen on a lightweight wing—you've never been airborne in so few steps, which is essential when taking off in the mountains.

The new camber curve makes the wing more compact, with more intuitive and direct handling. The new fabric panel layout and modified twist have significantly reduced drag, improving the wing's True Performance without compromising safety.

WEIGHT

The Ultralite5 weighs only 1.76kg in 17m², making it the lightest certified double-surface wing per square meter. The 15m² and 13m² sizes (only tested under load) weigh 1.59kg and 1.42kg respectively.
