The Ozo 2.1 is the most versatile of our lightweight harnesses. It is a 550g all-in-one solution for hike-and-fly enthusiasts.
The Ozo 2.1 now features a sturdy and durable 210D fabric bottom and attachments for the optional OzAir protection. The backpack also features the Ozone Cut Stripe design with reflective ink that helps signal when you are starting and ending your hike on the road.

The Pilot
The Ozo 2.1 is designed for hike-and-fly adventures where lightness is important but ease of use and comfort remain priorities. It is suitable for pilots of all levels.
Technology
The backpack mode of the Ozo 2.1 is designed for fast and comfortable climbs. It is inspired by trail running packs with wide, breathable shoulder straps that distribute the load and allow you to carry two easily accessible bottles.
Numerous carrying options are available—several exterior pockets and helmet storage allow you to carry everything you need, whether you're heading out for a quick trail run or a long hike.
The 30-liter bag is large enough to accommodate any size wing from the Ultralite, XXLite, or equivalent ranges. EVA foam leg support provides comfort for longer flights. A lightweight speed bar is included with the harness.
The Ozo 2.1 is EN 1651-2017 certified for pilots weighing up to 120 kg.
In Flight
The thigh straps open up, making it easy to put on whether you're wearing shoes, crampons, or skis. The geometry of the harness makes it easy to transition between standing and sitting positions. The generous lumbar support and padded shoulder straps ensure your comfort, whether you're soaring or on a long descent.
Protection
To complement this unique harness, Ozone has designed the OzAir back protector—an ultralight and discreet inflatable protector optimized for walking and flying expeditions as well as soaring in strong winds.
The OzAir weighs only 460 grams, has been certified with a maximum acceleration of 31.7g, andinflates easily before each flight to protect you during technical takeoffs.
Its close-fitting design facilitates the fast runs required with small sails, which sets it apart from traditional airbags – and also encourages more experienced pilots to use it.
