If you reside outside the EU (USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Asia etc), then you can buy our products without paying French VAT. We are familiar with tax refund procedures, as we carry out several dozen of them each year.
If you want the products to be shipped by post: you pay for the products without VAT.
Our online store automatically calculates the applicable VAT rate based on your location and where you have the equipment delivered.
Add the products to your cart, fill in the delivery address, and the price to pay, (without VAT) will be correctly calculated. If in doubt, contact us.
If you come to collect the products from our store in Chamonix: in this case, you will pay the price including tax (therefore including 20% VAT).
- We will then give you a tax exemption document (PABLO)
- When you leave the EU, you scan the QR code on this document at customs, and send us an email to let us know it's done.
- We will then refund you the 20% VAT, by bank transfer, within a few days.
