Once again, safety was our top priority. The SUCCESS 5 features an additional SAS-TEC panel across the entire back. Completely redesigned, the protector offers significantly improved impact absorption, with a 20% reduction in packed volume. Another new feature is a Hook-Knife (line cutter) integrated into the shoulder strap. The additional foam protection in the lumbar and thoracic spine areas has also been incorporated into this 5th-generation model.

The series’ proven features—including the ergonomic back panel with a 3D seat shell for maximum comfort and the Balance-Strap-System, which makes it easier to get into and adjust the harness—have, of course, been retained. A sleek, sporty design ensures a clean silhouette and the best possible aerodynamics.

PERFECT SUPPORT

The 3D-designed ergonomic seat shell provides the SUCCESS 5 with the highest level of comfort. In addition, the protector, foam supports, comfort foam, and SAS-TEC elements are arranged in such a way that the rider’s entire back is perfectly supported.

Balance Strap System

The principle of the balanced sliding support harness system helps the pilot slide back into the harness after takeoff and makes it easier to return to an upright position in the harness before landing. This traditional balance design responds to shifts in the pilot’s center of gravity caused by bending the legs after takeoff and then extending them before landing.

EVEN MORE PROTECTION

A new SAS-TEC component protects the entire back area of the SUCCESS 5 and complements the comfort foam. A foam protector, two additional foam sections, and the SAS-TEC components protect the lumbar vertebrae, as well as the thoracic vertebrae and the pelvis.
