NEO's philosophy is to develop practical products without any unnecessary features.
With this in mind, we had professionals in mind when we designed the two-person halyards.
Of course, they're ultra-light (125 g).
But above all, they’re incredibly practical: they fit all types of two-seater equipment (spacers, harnesses, reserve parachutes). Removable Velcro straps make it easy to secure them along their entire length. This means they no longer interfere with the pilot’s movements on the ground, during inflation, takeoff, or in flight.
The exposed sections of the halyards are sheathed in tubular webbing to protect them from aging and abrasion.
At 3 metric tons, we weren't able to break them; the spliced Dyneema halyard currently offers the best balance of strength, durability, and lightness.
