Walking and Flying

Weighing just 189 g, the Roamer 2 P is the simplest and lightest minimalist harness available at Niviuk. It’s the perfect companion for hiking and flying enthusiasts, especially adventurers who want to minimize the weight and bulk of their gear.

Comfort and 3D Design

Even lighter and more ergonomic. The dimensions and structure were modeled in 3D to maximize comfort. The thigh straps have been lengthened, and the shape of the back support has been optimized. The pilot’s posture remains upright and stable, even when taking off with a very heavy backpack or skis on.

Hypalon reinforcements on the seams at the ends of the poles

Objective: To provide effective protection for the ends of the rods to prevent any risk of puncture or premature damage to the fabric.

• The seams at the ends of the rods feature an additional layer of Hypalon that is particularly durable in the end transition zone.
• Hypalon is particularly resistant to abrasion and pressure points, which helps preserve the tip by limiting the formation of localized areas of premature wear.
• This protective layer also helps ensure optimal fabric durability over time, even under repeated stress and structural strain during normal use.

Protective caps on Nitinol springs

Objective: To maintain shape, improve stability, and enhance fabric strength.

• Each Nitinol spring is now protected by a reinforced, more durable protective cap.
• This prevents a pressure point from becoming too localized at the end of the rod.
• This feature ensures that the item retains its shape perfectly during movement, takeoff, and storage.

Integrated Connectors

Thanks to the integrated connection system IKS System, there is no need to use carabiners to connect the harness to the paraglider. This new feature reduces the total weight of the equipment without compromising safety. A simple loop between the IKS loop and the leg straps connects the harness to the paraglider. It’s an easy, fast, and lightweight method.

For those who prefer to use real carabiners, it's perfectly fine to use them over the IKS loop.
