The iconic G-Lite has been completely redesigned. Now designed as a square reserve parachute, the G-Lite 2 features a 5-point attachment configuration instead of a single center line.

This new geometry, combined with a minimalist panel design, results in a compact folded size, an optimized glide ratio , and stable descents without a pendulum effect, thanks to planar reserve technology.

What is a planar rescue?

Planar rescue is an innovative concept developed in-house by Gin Gliders, made possible by our exclusive anti-billow partition technology.

The suspension lines are attached to triangular ribs arranged in a cross pattern, which greatly reduces excessive inflation of the canopy and creates an almost flat upper surface.

The result: a 30% increase in projected area, enabling excellent drop rates with a reduced flat area and folding volume.

This technology offers one of the highest levels of efficiency we have ever achieved.
