NEO Fly Lite Women's Backpack

The bag offers the perfect balance of lightness, ergonomics, and durability, thanks to its exclusive NEO Dyneema fabric, which is ultra-resistant to abrasion. Designed in collaboration with a specialized manufacturer, this innovative material was developed specifically to reduce weight while maximizing the product’s longevity, making it one of a kind.

Designed by Women, for Women

At NEO, we know that women’s body shapes differ from men’s, and that a well-fitting backpack makes all the difference in terms of comfort. That’s why we’ve developed a backpack designed specifically for women, in collaboration with women who are passionate about flying and hiking.

We started with the core features of our Lite line—ultra-strong Dyneema fabric, high-quality zippers and reinforcements, and the NEO load-distribution system—and then fully adapted it to women’s needs. Rather than making mere cosmetic adjustments, we reworked every detail of the design to ensure optimal comfort:
✅ Adjusted shoulder width
✅ Back redesigned for both length and width
✅ Shape tailored to the hips and bust

Thanks to this innovative design, women can finally enjoy a perfectly fitted bag—ideal for carrying their gear with ease and setting off on an adventure before their flight!
