Description
Since PERMAIR is the most proven inflatable protection technology on the market, NEO has partnered with Skywalk to incorporate this technology into its harness-style harnesses with removable protection.

The Permair protection is 22 cm thick, which provides effective protection regardless of changes in atmospheric pressure during your flight.

The Permair scored 38.8gon theEN test. Even when inflated to 60%, it provides effective shock absorption. The latest generation of PERMAIR protectors features a convenient control valve for inflation and deflation, which makes inflating your protector much easier. The protector does not need to be reinflated before every takeoff; unless you need to compress it into a very narrow carry bag, you can leave it inflated.

The NEO STRING PERMAIR inflatable, removable protection system is compatible with NEO's String line: String 3.0, Stringpack 2.0, and shorty.

We chose an inflatable design for this line of minimalist harnesses because the traditional removable airbag no longer meets our safety standards when compared to new technologies such as Koroyd or Permair.

Permair by Skywalk technology will be used for the removable protective covers on ABS harnesses with leg loops. For classic ABS harnesses with a bucket seat, Koroyd technology is more suitable.

The NEO STRING PERMAIR is a one-size-fits-all product that adapts to all sizes.

SEVERAL INFLATION METHODS

Permair 2.0 protectors can also be inflated in several ways. In addition to the standard method using the inflation bag and the compression feature, you now have the option to inflate your protector in a minimalist way using the mouthpiece. This mouthpiece includes a moisture filter to minimize moisture intake and is included in the Permair kit.

Inflation Using the Inflation Bag

The inflation bag has a capacity of approximately 40 liters. The protective cover can be inflated using an air transfer. The inflation bag’s connection must be facing upward during inflation and must not be twisted or bent.

Inflating by mouth

Inflation must be performed using the Permair mouthpiece. It is important that the HME filter (blue sponge) be inside the mouthpiece. For hygiene reasons, the mouthpiece must be replaced after two years or if it shows signs of mold.
