SPOT X beacon (Bluetooth)

SPOT X offers a two-way satellite messaging service that allows you to stay in touch with your family, friends, and colleagues when there is no network coverage, and to communicate directly with search and rescue services in the event of a life-threatening emergency. SPOT X also allows you to use your own cell phone number so that you can be contacted directly from another cell phone or any other SMS messaging service at any time. SPOT X features a backlit screen and keypad that is readable in direct sunlight, making it the easiest two-way messaging device to use.

This beacon is a bidirectional version equivalent to the gen4 spot, allowing you to send and receive messages. 

With 10 days of continuous tracking autonomy (set to report a position every 10 minutes)
