Neo stringpack 2.0
It's the big comeback of the Stringpack, almost 10 years after the first version and a stint with the Shorty. Still the same concept: a well-known harness, the String 3.0, and a backpack, combined to create a convertible bag/harness. Like all our lightweight products, the Stringpack is very easy to use and allows you to focus only on the essentials: walking and flying. The use of our ripstop fabric with Dyneema offers a compromise between lightness and durability that we have long tested.
CONVERTIBLE NON-REVERSIBLE
Stringpack is not a reversible harness.
The back support and shoulder straps are the same in both the flight and walking positions. This technique saves weight and carrying volume and makes the whole thing easier to use.
The positioning of the bag in flight is also more efficient.
GEOMETRY
THIGH ABS
The Stringpack incorporates the thigh-strap geometry developed over 10 years ago with the first generations of String. This geometry provides excellent stability and riding precision. No chest strap adjustment is necessary, as the geometry easily adapts to the rider's body shape.
This type of geometry allows for a front opening of the harness. The leg straps close directly into the main carabiner, making it very easy to install yourself in the harness, even with skis or crampons on your feet.
3D SHAPING
The Stringpack is no exception to our rule for making textile structures: 3D shaping. The assembly of the fabric pieces allows us to give shape to the structure to provide support and comfort.
VOLUME HIKE 55L / FLY 40L
The Stringpack has a carrying volume of 55 liters, suitable for many paraglider wings, from mountain wings to some small EN-B wings. Folding into a compression bag is recommended for certain large wings.
In the air, the volume is reduced by 15 liters to prevent the load from falling into the lower back.
A large front pocket allows for quick storage of an item of clothing, for example, without having to open the entire bag.
Access from the top of the bag allows storage of the reserve parachute and helmet.

NEO protectors utilize Koroyd technology for ultra-lightweight, innovative impact protection. Koroyd tubes instantly and consistently deform upon impact, absorbing maximum force in a controlled manner, minimizing the energy transferred to your back.
PROTECTION
String Permair
The Stringpack is equipped with attachment points on the leg straps
to install the String Permair protection. This protection uses the
PERMAIR technology developed by Skywalk. The protection is
EN - LTF - CE approved. It weighs 410 g. It inflates using the inflation bag supplied with the protection.
DYNEEMA FABRIC
The technical collaboration between the Catalan textile manufacturer IBQ and NEO has led to the development of a Ripstop fabric with Dyneema threads, on a high-tenacity Polyamide base, all coated with Polyurethane. This very high-tech fabric combines the characteristics necessary for lightweight products for paragliding and outdoor sports:
- Highly resistant to tearing and abrasion
- Little elongation
- No deformation
- Low-maintenance and washable (30°C max)
- Very light
- Best compromise between durability and lightness
The Stringpack is equipped with a Booomtag chip. This is an NFC (proximity communication system for smartphones) chip that contains product information and allows product ownership to be recorded.

Le Néo stringpack est réalisé avec d'excellents matériaux et d'une finition de qualité. Côté pratique il assure un portage, leger, confortable pouvant contenir une aile de 23 ou 25 m, secours, change, radio, etc. Le passage portage à sellette est facile. Enfin la geometrie selette rend le pilotage parfait. Du materiel top niveau. Difficile de trouver mieux!
