Details
Depending on the size and wing loading, the reactions are very different. The range of applications is therefore very varied. With a high wing loading, the SPIRIT can be flown very dynamically, while with a low wing loading, it is well suited to thermals.
JET FLAPS
Enormous safety reserve at the stall margin, facilitates climbing in thermals, particularly in narrow and powerful thermals. Increases control deflection up to the stall point.
SHARK NOSE
Combined with a suitable wing design, shark nose technology significantly improves pressure distribution in the wing. Advantages: much greater stability in flight and a substantial performance gain, particularly during accelerated flight.
RIGID FOIL
Nylon threads keep the leading edge and profile in shape and ensure more consistent dynamic air pressure. Advantages: better takeoff performance and increased performance.
3D SHAPING
Precise calculation of the leading edge geometry and the addition of an extra strip of fabric reduce wrinkles in this sensitive part of the wing. Advantages: exact wing shape, improved performance.
MINI RIBS
Doubling the number of cells at the trailing edge significantly improves shape retention. Advantage: fewer vortices improve aerodynamics and therefore performance.
LOOPS & HOOKS
Loops on the upper surface that enable and facilitate takeoff from steep or slippery terrain.
AUTOMATIC SAND RELEASE SYSTEM
Sand and other debris automatically drain through openings sewn into the stabilizers, which protects the materials and increases safety when flying over dunes.

Size Guide
The SPIRIT reacts quickly and directly to inputs. Depending on the size and wing loading, the reactions vary greatly. The range of applications is therefore very diverse. With a high wing loading, the SPIRIT can be flown very dynamically, while with a low wing loading, it is suitable for thermals. The chart should help you choose the right size.
