In Flight

The Solos Lite offers excellent comfort and precision in flight, on par with the standard Solos. Piloting is simple and intuitive, with a bucket seat design and easy adjustments. An innovative T-buckle system allows the leg straps to be opened and closed. While the materials used for the frame and panels have been chosen to keep weight down, strategically placed reinforcements ensure remarkable durability.

Facilities

We have maintained the high standard of equipment found in the original Solos, with a spacious side pocket, a strap to secure a camera or instrument, a pocket designed to hold a hydration bladder, a passage for the tube, and Velcro for a vario mounted near the shoulder. The parachute container is held securely and well protected in backpack mode, while allowing for excellent deployment thanks to its large opening for pod extraction.

Protection

The inflatable back protector offers the best protection-to-weight ratio ever seen. Tested in numerous configurations during development, it ensures deceleration on impact that complies with the standard even when not fully inflated. On takeoff, it can be inflated quickly and easily using the inflation bag supplied with the harness, which also serves as a storage bag for the wing.

An additional advantage of inflatable back protection is that it is effective from the moment of takeoff, whereas other airbags do not yet provide protection, and it offers better protection in the event of a side impact. The air chamber can be easily replaced in the event of a leak.
