The OMEGA ULS is now available in 4 sizes and impresses our X-Alps athletes with its lighter, more direct handling, outstanding flight performance, and minimal weight starting at 3.05 kg.

We designed the OMEGA ULS so you can focus on important tactical decisions in flight. Reduced control pressure, combined with easy turn initiation, makes handling more enjoyable and allows you to fly efficiently. After intensive testing, we've created a high-performance wing that lets you move forward reliably with a pleasant, relaxed flight experience.

Ultralight high-tech materials

On demanding adventures, you want to save as much weight and packing space as possible. That's exactly what we demand of the OMEGA ULS. Thanks to our ultralight internal structure and high-tech materials, it's 250g lighter than its predecessor. The intelligent mix of materials, such as Nitinol rods and ultralight fabric, keeps weight and bulk to a minimum.

High-end Nitinol Wires

This ultra-light material is made of a super-elastic nickel-titanium alloy and ensures perfectly balanced statics. The Nitinol rods on the leading edge and upper surface significantly reduce both the stowed volume and the overall weight, and do not deform, even under heavy load.

ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURE

The complex internal structure is the heart of the OMEGA ULS. It is essential for the extremely lightweight construction with our Sliced Diagonals technology. ULTRA-MODERN EDELRID PRO DRY SUSPENSION LINES

The OMEGA ULS lines are extremely stable in length and have a significantly higher breaking strength, even after prolonged use. These color-coded Pro Dry lines have 60% greater water resistance. The latest generation of unsheathed lines builds on the advantages of the Aramid 8000 lines.

SMART, ULTRALIGHT MATERIAL MIX

We manufacture the upper surface with the proven Porcher Skytex 27 fabric and the lower surface, which is subject to less stress, with the extremely compact Dominico DOKDO 10 material. This mix of high-quality materials is felt on the OMEGA ULS both in terms of storage volume and shoulder weight, and combines performance and lightness.
