Comfort redefined
Thanks to the new design of its seat shell, the LIGHTNESS 4 is even more comfortable and ergonomic than the previous model. It allows you to fly for many hours without fatigue and in a relaxed manner. Overall comfort can be further enhanced by the supplied windshield, which reduces wind chill and wind noise.
Easy to use
Now in its fourth generation, the LIGHTNESS is even easier to handle. Simple adjustment options, comfortable access to the cocoon, and excellent visibility during flight all contribute to this. These features also make it easier to switch to a reclining harness and provide a whole new flying experience.
Aerodynamic design
The new rear spoiler on the LIGHTNESS 4 offers improved aerodynamics, increased longitudinal stability, and a sporty look. Thanks to its moderate size, it delivers its advantages while remaining discreet during takeoff and flight.
Technologies
NEW 3D BODY FITTING
The increased comfort is based on three factors: thanks to 3D body scans, the seat shell is adapted to the actual shape of the body, and the back is even better supported because the body position in the harness has been moved slightly forward. The concept is rounded off by a cushioning effect thanks to the foam in the backrest.
Closure Remember System (CRS)
The Closure Remember System (CRS) has been redesigned and optimized for easier handling. The few steps required to close the speedbag reduce the possibility of forgetting to close the waist belt before takeoff. In addition, the buckles are now anodized in red, making them even more visible during a visual check.
35% MORE POCKET SPACE
The rear compartment of the LIGHTNESS 4 has a capacity of 22.5 liters, which is 35% more than the LIGHTNESS 3, while the storage compartment under the seat offers an additional 6.5 liters. In addition, there is a new 8-liter space at the front of the footrest.
A compact and practical cockpit
The new cockpit offers generous storage space and is very easy to use. Thanks to magnetic closures, the contents are easily accessible during flight and the cockpit can be packed compactly. The removable cockpit panel offers plenty of surface area and securing options for the vario. The LIGHTNESS 4 also comes with a windscreen and a hook knife.
LIGHTPACK DLS included
The LIGHTNESS 4 comes with a LIGHTPACK DLS. The two products are perfectly matched and form a compact, comfortable-to-wear complete system. With a weight starting at 620 g, ergonomic shoulder straps, and a padded back panel, the LIGHTPACK DLS combines low weight with maximum comfort.
The LIGHTNESS series is known for its high level of comfort and is therefore popular with many motocross riders. For the new LIGHTNESS 4, we have worked on improving the seat geometry using 3D body scanners in order to further increase comfort. The new visual design, including the rear spoiler, completes the sporty look.
